Rusick Inspections LLC is a Utah-based construction draw inspection firm working exclusively with private and hard money lenders. We exist for one reason: to give lenders a reliable, independent record of what's actually built before capital is released.
Our inspectors visit active construction sites across the state — SFR rehabs, ground-up builds, small multi-family, and value-add projects — and document progress against the borrower's draw request and budget. Every report is photo-documented, geotagged, and delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
We don't sell construction services. We don't take referrals from builders. Our only client is the lender, and our job is to make sure your draw decisions are backed by evidence, not assertions.

We are not affiliated with any builder, GC, or borrower. Our reports are written for lender risk teams.

James founded Rusick Inspections after a decade in Utah construction and lender-side underwriting. He's walked thousands of draws across the Wasatch Front — from first-time fix-and-flips to ground-up multi-family — and built the firm around one principle: lenders deserve evidence, not estimates. He personally reviews every report that leaves the office.
